SHIPPING
I ship via first class mail to anywhere in the world. If you would like to use a different service please let me know and I will send you an adjusted invoice with the new shipping rate. If your country is not listed please let me know and I will correct this.
I use Paypal shipping when available and this includes delivery confirmation. Bracelets and cross stitch will go via first class letter and this does not have delivery confirmation.
I ship within 2 business days of received payment. I also combine shipping on multiple purchases based on final weight.
PAYMENT
I accept both Paypal and Google checkout. If there is an issue with either of these services please let me know. Paypal now has an option that allows you to securely use a credit card without signing up with them.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
I cannot guarantee refunds, returns, or exchanges. This will be determined on a case by case basis and a product of the circumstances. I am a single human being, but I will do what I can to solve any problems! Please don't hesitate to notify me of any issues. We WILL find a solution!
